You can set up each new graph document by: selecting an output device, selecting page options, and specifying a single- or multi-page document. You can save the settings using the Save Window Prefs command in the Preferences submenu (Options menu).
Select an Output Device
The size of a graph page is determined by the device currently selected in the Chooser.
• Use the Chooser in the Apple menu to select a printer.
Specify Page Setup Options
Page Setup options include page orientation, paper size, and the amount of scaling to be used.
Step 1
Choose Page Setup from the File menu.
Step 2
Select the desired options in the Page Setup dialog, then click OK.
Specify a Single- or Multi-Page Document
Step 1
Choose Document Size from the View menu.
Step 2
To add more pages to the document, position the pointer on the white rectangle in the Document Size dialog and drag down and/or to the right.
• To remove pages from the document, drag up and/or to the left.
• To change a multi-page document to a single page document quickly, click the white rectangle in the upper-left corner of the dialog
Step 3
To select the printing sequence for the pages of a multi-page document, click one of the radio buttons at the bottom of the dialog.
